By using this website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
About SoldByEkin
SoldByEkin is the website of Mucahit “Muca” Ekin, a Florida licensed real estate advisor (license SL3651128) brokered by LPT Realty. Ekin is committed to the Fair Housing Act and Equal Housing Opportunity.
Your account
Accounts are free and for adults 18 and older. Use your real name and contact details, keep your password private, and use the account only for yourself. You can ask Ekin to delete your account at any time by emailing ekin@soldbyekin.com. An account never unlocks extra listing information, and nothing on the site requires one.
Listing information
Listing information comes from Stellar MLS through MLS GRID. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, may change or become unavailable at any time, and is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use to identify homes they may be interested in buying. Copying, scraping or republishing listings is not allowed. Please confirm every detail that matters to you, such as size, schools, taxes and flood zone, before you rely on it.
Calculators, AI Search and Mila
Calculators and estimates are educational only and are not an appraisal, an offer or a lending approval. Mila is an AI assistant, not Ekin, and AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.
Working with Ekin
Using the site or creating an account does not by itself create a brokerage relationship. Any representation is agreed separately, in writing, with the disclosures Florida law requires.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t misuse the site: no automated collection of listings or data, no attempts to reach other people’s accounts or the site’s systems, no false information, and nothing unlawful, abusive or harmful to others.
Content and copyright
The site’s design, text, photos, guides and tools belong to SoldByEkin or its licensors. To report a copyright concern, see the Copyright & DMCA Notice.
Emails and texts
Creating an account includes new-listing and market-update emails from Ekin; you can stop them at any time by replying to one of them or by emailing ekin@soldbyekin.com. Marketing texts are sent only if you choose them, and consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, SoldByEkin and LPT Realty are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its information.
Ending your access
Accounts that break these Terms may be suspended or deleted. You can stop using the site whenever you like and ask Ekin to delete your account.
Florida law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
